Hey there! Do you like to cook? Do you want to cook lunch, but don't know what to make? Here is the special recipe I picked for a very easy lunch!
Slow Cooker Cheesy Potatoes
Do you want something CHEESY? Try this Cheesy Potatoes recipe!

The key to this recipe is the type of cheese. It would be best if you had juicy, good cheese. If you've made it in the past, and you feel that sort of gross, greasy texture at the bottom, that means that you used the WRONG cheese. It's better to use this sort of jack cheese, called cheddar jack. It does the trick. Oh right, the recipe. Now for the equipment:
Slow Cooker/Crockpot
Knives
Measuring cups
Here are the ingredients:
1 bag Frozen Diced Potatoes (32 oz.)
1 cup Sour cream
1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz.)
1 tsp Garlic salt
2 cups of Cheddar jack cheese, shredded
Now, time to cook!
Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray (this is optional, but I like to do it.)
Put frozen potatoes in a slow cooker.
In a bowl combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup and garlic salt and stir to combine. Pour the mixture on top of the potatoes.
Add cheese to the slow cooker and stir everything together.
Turn the slow cooker on high and cook for 4 hours, then serve and enjoy.
Notes
If you want to double this recipe, just double everything - your slow cooker will be very full, but it works too, don't forget to add an hour of cooking!
If it is gluten-free, be sure to use a gluten-free chicken cream soup.
NOTE: This recipe requires DICED potatoes if using grated hashbrowns.
Crockpots/slow cookers vary - check yours after 3 hrs for doneness.
